How much does it cost?

Creating an account and posting a job is free. The total cost of a job is set when the job is posted and includes Neighbour NL's platform fee. You'll always see the full amount before confirming payment.

How do workers get paid?

Customers pay securely through the Neighbour NL platform when a job is accepted. Once the worker marks the job as complete, payment is released after the completion period ends, provided no issues have been reported. Workers receive their earnings directly through the payment provider connected to their account.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Neighbour NL uses a trusted third-party payment processor to securely process transactions. Neighbour NL does not store your full payment card information on its servers. All payments are encrypted and handled in accordance with industry security standards.

What if nobody claims my job?

If no workers are available to accept your job, your request will simply expire without being completed. You may choose to repost the job, increase your budget, adjust the timing, or try again later. If payment has already been collected for an unclaimed job, it will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Can I cancel a job?

What happens after a worker finishes a job?

Once a worker marks a job as complete, you'll have a period of time (for example, 48 hours) to report any concerns. If no issues are reported during that period, payment will automatically be released to the worker.
