Report within 48 hours
After a job is marked complete, you have 48 hours to report a concern. After that window, payment is automatically released to the worker.
We review both sides
Our team will review the information provided by both the customer and the worker. We may reach out to either party for more details.
We work toward a fair resolution
Based on the information provided, we'll work toward a resolution in accordance with our policies. This may include a full or partial refund where appropriate.
