What happens when you report

We take every report seriously. Here's what to expect after you submit.

Report within 24 hours

After a job is marked complete, you have 24 hours to report a concern. After that window, payment is automatically released to the worker.

We review both sides

Our team will review the information provided by both the customer and the worker. We may reach out to either party for more details.

We work toward a fair resolution

Based on the information provided, we'll work toward a resolution in accordance with our policies. This may include a full or partial refund where appropriate.

Important: 24-hour window

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of a job being marked complete. After that window, payment is automatically released and refunds cannot be guaranteed.
